When it came time to review offers, Mark took the time to go through each one with us and made things very easy to understand. He supported us from beginning to end. Mark not only helped us to sell our home, but he also helped us to buy our new dream home. We would recommend Mark to anyone looking for excellent service! Thank you, Mark!

“We would highly recommend Mark and already have family and friends.”
We are so pleased with the service we received from Mark Hartley with the recent sale of our home.
We had our home online originally ourselves and received nothing but headaches and little to no info or feedback from agents who were trying to show and set up showings on our home. After a week or so we contacted Mark Hartley and it was listed and he Sold it in 4 days for 99% of the asking price.
Mark took all the worry away and was professional and very knowledgeable. We felt at ease and feel through his expertise that we had a seamless and joyful experience.
We would highly recommend Mark, and already have, to family and friends.
Thanks Again Mark!!

“Working with Mark was such a great experience.”
Mark was the listing agent on the house we were looking to buy. From the minute we met him for a showing, we immediately saw how knowledgeable he was. We decided to list our house privately and even though Mark was not the agent, he took a bit if time to go over the selling process with us, offering a few friendly tips.
On the day of closing we urgently needed an inspection before the lawyer released the keys. Mark stepped up HUGE for us, referring us to a company that we could call (we were busy moving out of our old house) and even met the inspector at our new house.
We are so fortunate that we found Mark, he has proven to be a trusted real estate agent and bonus, he is our new neighbour!

"We would, without a doubt, recommend Mark to anyone."
My partner and I started working with Mark after we had been following the market on our own for some time. As first time home buyers, we were very hesitant about the whole process. Mark quickly became a great friend and guide, providing us with priceless advice and information. At no point did we feel pressured or that we were a burden to him. He was 150% committed, honest, accommodating to our hectic schedules, and always incredibly patient. Six months and dozens of house viewings later, Mark helped us land our dream home at an unbeatable price point. We really cannot thank Mark enough because without him we probably wouldn’t be here right now. We are SO happy and reassured every time we walk in that front door. We would, without a doubt, recommend Mark to anyone. THANKS MARK! For everything.

"We would highly recommend Mark, especially for first-time buyers."
My fiancé and I were looking to buy a home to start our life together. This was our first home and knew nothing about the process. Mark was very knowledgeable and easy to approach with any questions we had. He made the whole process enjoyable and stress free. Some of our purchases had fallen through but that did not discourage him from helping us find the perfect home. He helped us to stay positive and was willing to do whatever it took to help us achieve our goal. We finally found what we were looking for and couldn’t be happier! We would highly recommend Mark, especially for first-time buyers.

“From our first meeting with Mark we knew he was the Realtor we had been looking for!”
His first impression of an honest, caring, and hard working guy proved to be true! Within the first month our home was listed with Mark we had more potential buyers through than the previous 6 months it had been on the market. Mark was available to answer our questions any time of day and always made us feel more than comfortable asking him anything. We had been singing his praises ever since we listed with him - and now even more so that it sold so quickly!

He was very accommodating for the many appointments we set up, until I found the right place. He walked me through the process from beginning to end and had a genuine interest in getting me into the right home. He truly looked out for me as individual, not just a client. Thank you so much!

"Mark not only assisted with the sale but also provided valuable advice about the rental market and our responsibilities as landlords.”
We were looking to purchase a house for investment purposes with the possibility of using it as our retirement home in the future. Our preferred location was out of the Ottawa region and Mark was very accommodating in setting up numerous appointments and dedicated a couple of weekends walking us through the variety of homes that met our criteria. Mark not only assisted with the sale but also provided valuable advice about the rental market and our responsibilities as landlords. Mark is professional, knowledgeable and I would not hesitate recommending him to friends and family. Thanks Mark!

"Mark is a true professional in every sense."
Selling a house can be an overwhelming experience. Trying to find a new home comes with a certain amount of anxiety. Combining the two (as in our case) definitely brings on a certain level of stress but with Mark’s assistance, the buying and selling processes went extremely smoothly. Mark is a true professional in every sense. He answered every question we had (and there were many) and communicated with us at every step of the way. His focus and dedication on selling our home and finding us a new home made us feel as if we were his only clients and that is client service at its best! Mark sold our home in four days and found us a new one within the same time-frame. He certainly put in the hours and we cannot thank him enough. Although, we miss our old home every once in a while, we are excited to create new memories in a new house which we now call “home”. THANKS MARK!!
